There he meets and befriends the aloof violinist Great, son of the Hero Hamel - who defeated the Great Demon King Chestra 20 years ago in the Northern War. As Shchel studies to become a mage, he also hides his own share of secrets. But how will Shchel survive magic school with so many rivals to compete against and so many enemies outside its walls?
